Context
Buying a ticket should be the easy part of going to an event. TakeTicket is a platform for discovering and buying tickets, a product I build and operate under HelpFlux.
Problem
Ticketing sits between two sides with very different needs: attendees want a fast, trustworthy checkout; organizers want control over their events and clean access to sales. Getting both right at once is the hard part.
Solution
One platform covering the full life of an event:
- Event discovery and online sales, with a checkout designed to remove friction and build trust at the exact moment money changes hands.
- Digital check-in by QR code, so the entrance line moves at the speed of a camera instead of a guest list.
- A real-time dashboard for organizers: sales, revenue, and attendance while the event is still happening, not in a report the week after.
It serves event producers, show venues, and party organizers.
My role
End-to-end product and engineering ownership, under HelpFlux.
