Farm-management software for rural producers that follows the whole cycle, from planting to payment, on the phone and in the field.
Context
Roça Nossa ("Our Farm") is management software for rural producers, built around a simple promise: technology that actually understands life on the farm. It follows the producer through the whole cycle, from planting to getting paid.
Problem
Small and mid-size producers keep track of clients, balances, drying, expenses, and their team across paper, memory, and scattered spreadsheets. Most farm software is built for agronomists or large agribusiness, not for the person actually running the roça, so it goes unused.
Solution
One place for the whole operation, made to be used from a phone out in the field:
- Producer records and balances (extrato da roça), so the money side of every relationship is always clear.
- Multi-producer drying (secagem) tracking with automatic calculation, replacing the notebook math where mistakes cost real money.
- Expenses and team, kept alongside everything else, with teammates invited by e-mail.
- PDF reports for the conversations that still happen on paper.
- Everything registered: each record keeps its history, so a dispute ends with a lookup instead of an argument.
The onboarding promise is concrete: from signup to the first drying record in about five minutes.
