Context

In Brazil, companies are legally required to keep employees trained on workplace-safety norms (NRs), with certificates that stay valid and get recycled on time. In practice it's tracked in spreadsheets and inboxes, right up until an audit shows up and something has quietly expired.

TreinaEdu is a product I build and operate under HelpFlux, my SaaS house.

Problem

The pain isn't running a course. It's staying compliant over time:

• Certificates expire silently and nobody notices until a fine is on the table.
• Training happens both online (EAD) and in person, but the records live apart.
• Certificate authenticity is hard to verify.

Solution

My role

I own this product end to end: the positioning, the product decisions, the engineering, and keeping it running for real customers.
