A SaaS that keeps mandatory workplace-safety (NR) training under control: online and in-person courses, QR-verifiable certificates, and automatic recycling before deadlines expire.
Context
In Brazil, companies are legally required to keep employees trained on workplace-safety norms (NRs), with certificates that stay valid and get recycled on time. In practice it's tracked in spreadsheets and inboxes, right up until an audit shows up and something has quietly expired.
TreinaEdu is a product I build and operate under HelpFlux, my SaaS house.
Problem
The pain isn't running a course. It's staying compliant over time:
- Certificates expire silently and nobody notices until a fine is on the table.
- Training happens both online (EAD) and in person, but the records live apart.
- Certificate authenticity is hard to verify.
Solution
TreinaEdu turns compliance into something that runs on autopilot:
- Every training format in one place: EAD, live classes inside the platform (with automatic attendance), and in-person sessions.
- 31 NRs ready to import, from NR-1 to NR-38, so a company starts from content instead of a blank screen.
- QR-verifiable certificates that hold up from HR to the labor inspector.
- Automatic recycling and deadline tracking: configure once and the platform chases people, reissues, and certifies before anything expires.
- Audit-ready reports, so the fiscalization conversation is an export, not a scramble.
- CIPA elections without paper, with secret voting and the official minutes generated by the system.
- A free 7-day trial with no credit card, to lower the barrier to trying it.
Product decisions
- An AI studio that builds training from a PDF. Most companies already own the material; the barrier is turning it into a course. Send the PDF and the Estúdio assembles the training.
- Gamification for completion. Mandatory training dies of abandonment, so progress was made visible and competitive.
- White label and offline. The platform carries the company's brand from login to certificate, installs as an app, and works offline for the factory floor, where connectivity is worst exactly where the NRs matter most.
My role
I own this product end to end: the positioning, the product decisions, the engineering, and keeping it running for real customers.
