HelpDiet
Digital food-safety management for professional kitchens: technical sheets, expiry control, digital checklists, and full traceability, built for nutritionists and food-service teams.

Context
HelpDiet is a food-safety management platform I build and operate under HelpFlux, my SaaS house. It serves the people responsible for food safety in professional operations: nutritionists, industrial kitchens, restaurants, and hotels.
Problem
Food safety in a professional kitchen is a paper problem pretending to be a food problem. Temperature logs, expiry dates, technical sheets, and hygiene checklists live on printed forms and improvised spreadsheets. Records get filled in late or not at all, nobody can prove what happened when an inspector asks, and an expired ingredient is only discovered after it has already been used.
Solution
HelpDiet turns that routine into a digital workflow the team actually follows:
- Technical sheets (fichas técnicas) for standardized preparation and cost visibility.
- Expiry control with real-time alerts, so products leave the shelf before they become a risk.
- Digital checklists and spreadsheets replacing the printed forms, filled in where the work happens.
- Instant reports that turn day-to-day records into the documentation an audit expects.
- Full traceability of food items across the operation.
Product decisions
The core bet: compliance tools fail when they are built for the auditor instead of the person doing the work. Every flow in HelpDiet starts from the routine of the kitchen team and produces the paperwork as a byproduct, not the other way around.
My role
I own the product end to end under HelpFlux: positioning, product decisions, engineering, and operating it for real customers.
